Perfect place for a fishing, hunting camp or just a get away. Gas, groceries, deli, donut shop and stores are within a mile. Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake.
