Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Lake and fell scenery opens from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, also a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling and hopefully spot the Auroras dancing on the sky. Avarasta tupakeittiöstä on kaunis metsänäkymä. Saunaosasto on ylellinen ja moderni. Mökissä majoittuu mukavasti esimerkiksi pariskunta. Olohuoneen vuodesohva on levitettävä ja siten mökkiin voi majoittua lisäksi esimerkiksi 1-2 lasta. Mökin pihassa on ilmainen parkkialue sekä autolle lämpötolppa.
