The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

Ärmapesa is a cosy and private holiday home in Saaremaa. Only 5 km from the city of Kuressaare, but at the same time pleasantly in the countryside in a quiet and green environment. Tall trees, a large courtyard and a quiet location create an ideal place for a holiday for a family or group of friends who value privacy, closeness to nature and a homely atmosphere. The house has air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on warmer days, and the fireplace with a live fire in the living room adds cosiness. The windmill has 3 beds on the ground floor and 2 beds on the first floor. The sauna house has a kitchenette with everything you need, a steam room and a shower room. Use of the sauna is included in the price. In front of the house there is a terrace and a large dining table with a roof. The toilet is located in a separate cabin.
