Located in the scepter of the dolphins of the calan forcat complex, independent villa with very easy access to the coast with the calan forcat cove and very close to calan brut . In the center of the complex has lots of bars and restaurants , The old capital, Ciutadella is located 10 minutes by car and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and great places to have lunch and stroll .

Nice apartment to spend some quiet holidays with some sea views from the terrace. Parking is free. There is a garden and swimming pool as some close areas to swim in the sea like Cala en Forcat, Cala'n Brut or cala'n Blanes. The wifi speed is 20MB and there is also airconditioning. Arrival is starting at 15pm. Check out must be maximum at 11am. I can´t keep your luggage whan you check out.
