Probably my kids' favorite restaurant, and for good reason. The burgers (and fries and shakes) are to die for. They make big burgers with fresh, local ingredients. Grab a beer, get a bite and settle in to watch the big game on their TVs.

Goodness, these are good donuts. Mighty-O is conveniently located from our house, a 5-10 min drive away. Our family favorites flavors are the french toast and grasshopper but really you can't go wrong. Grab a donut, get a coffee next door at Zoka and fuel yourself up for a great day in Seattle.
My family is a house divided - my oldest son and wife swear that Mighty-O makes the best donut in town. My youngest and I are staunchly "team Top Pot". One thing we can agree upon is that we have two amazing donuts locations near us!

The donuts are divine (we recommend the old fashioned glazed, apple fritter or sprinkles) and Top Pot roasts their own beans to ensure a strong, flavorful espresso you'd expect in Seattle. You'll need to drive here from our house - but it's only 5-10 min away and totally worth it.

Turnpike makes one heck of a good slice of pizza. The staff is friendly (tell owner Ric that Corey says hi), they are fast and their pizza is consistently good. It's a very convenient place to get good food and a beer.
