I'm listing The Rudder Room because you have probably never seen a dive bar like this before. Tons of regular locals. My one and only reason to list this bar is because it is one of the only legal places where you can walk out onto the sand with a cocktail or glass of wine, and my preference is for sunset. I don't recommend this bar for any other reason or late night. But that's just me, you do what you want. :)

If you want an adult festive happy hour/sunset spot with a great view overlooking the Channel Islands Harbor, this might be a great place to visit. Fun cover band and the locals and visitors are spirited. We've also had very nice servers here pretty consistently.
