Getting around
Poor public transportation.
Houston’s buses run about every hour or so, in this case I would always recommend driving, walking if destination is close, or ubering.

There is a very unique farmers market that comes every Thursday on Westheimer. It is in walking distance so it makes for a great stroll with some cute pick ups.

If you and your family or friends decide to have a day of fun, I would recommend calling restaurants ahead of time when it gets later in the evening as Houston is a hot tourist spot and attractions get busy, especially on the weekends!
