just take a Uber and you would have wonderful day in one of the oldest city in the continent. If you have a rental car go to Doña Fela parking just in front are the nicest local and International dinning. From there you can walk the old city and dont forget explore El Morro fort.

It is the only Tropical Rain Forest in the U. S. If you have the time, take a day to go. From there you can go to Luquillo beach and the Kiosk for turnovers, drinks, fresh coconut and seafood. I recomend the last restaurant for drinks and seafood.

The lagoon is just outside of the building you can go kajaking ask info in the front building "Leave your bags" place. Its beautiful, people have seen manatee in the area.
