Neighbourhoods

Peckham is vibrant, with its international markets by day and foodie / night scene in the evening. The vibe is distinctly younger at the weekend with frequent events and pop ups. It's a creative hub that will remind you of Berlin, with Goldsmith (arts uni) not far. One of the most exciting neighborhoods in London, we even have our own version of Made in Chelsea ('Peckham's finest).

An old royal Neighborhood that is almost its own small town, with many sites, museums and a gorgeous park. Don't miss the observatory and the GM time line in the park. Would recommend a full day out and guided tour if you can. You can take a boat from there all the way to parliament with a few stops as well. Easy to get to in a car on cycling, longer with buses but still a valid option.

Brixton is a lively, multicultural area with a down-to-earth vibe. Brixton covered market (in 2 parts and a bit hidden from the high street - find the entrance!) offers street food and vintage finds, plus clothes and produce that reflect the area’s Caribbean roots. Casual eateries serving global fare line pedestrian-friendly Brixton Village. Late-night revellers hit celebrated bars and live-music venues such as the O2 Academy Brixton for rock gigs, and Hootananny for live music, especially raggae/ragatonne and the likes. A fantastic afternoon or evening out.

only 15 min away on the train, London Bridge boasts some historic landmarks and instagrammable streets such as Tower Bridge and its surroundings. It has one of the best street food and produce market in London, the Shakespeare's globe theater, the tallest building in the city (the Shard, you can grab a drink at the bar for the view), some very historical pubs and an amazing brewery trail. A must visit area right, a great place to start or finish a Thames walk.

Deptford is that kind of up and coming place someone's who's done London a few times will be thrilled to discover. It's a fantastic night out in a fast-developing area. Deptford has a busy high street, with a market that sells produce, fish, and bric-a-brac. Indie shops and hip spots for tapas and Caribbean food fill the railway arches in Deptford Market Yard.
