Our private beach and club house is just across the street from the entrance to our property. Remember to use the parking pass provided in the home if parking in the lot to avoid booting of your vehicle. Parking passes must be left in the g home upon check out or a replacement fee will be assessed.

Downtown Jensen is just over the main causeway to Hutchinson Island and five minutes from your vacation rental. Downtown Stuart is 20 mins from your rental via A1A south ( go right when exiting our community) and go over the 2 causeways to Stuart. Stay the course as A1A name in Stuart is Ocean Ave which will bring you to the heart of downtown Stuart. Head north on A1A (go left when exiting the community) and take A1A until you reach the circle in Ft Pierce. Follow the road and cross over the river. At first light make a left to downtown.

Your rental is located in Windmill Village which is a quaint beach community where the residents are very friendly and social. Make sure to say hello to the people you meet while on an evening stroll or on your way to the beach. We have "driveway happy hours " where neighbors BYOB, bring a plate to share and a chair to park your tooshie in. No invites necessary just a smile. Our people are the best amenity in Windmill Village so take advantage of us!

When adjusting temperature in our home, always increase / decrease by two or three degrees at a time. The house wont cool faster just because you drop the temperature by large increments and doing so can harm the air conditioning system. Please keep window unit set no lower than 75 for same reason. Keep window treatments down when leaving the home to prevent heating the rooms. Please DO NOT use the humistat (brown box next to thermostat)as it will affect the air conditioning performance.

You have two options for television viewing. On one input there is Xfinity cable television. Use the xfinity remote to change channels and volume on the television. By changing the input to the ROKU box you will have access to streaming services. Bring your account information for Netflix, amazon prime, paramount plus etc if you wish to utilize streaming options. There is a guest setting for Roku and all your information will be erased upon the date you set in the programming.

Use of the parking area at the pool and clubhouse requires placing a parking pass on the dash or mirror of your vehicle. If you fail to use the pass your car may be "booted" and a fee of $110.00 is needed for the boot to be removed. This service ensures no outsiders use the property. Remember to leave passes and gate card upon departure to avoid replacement fees.

You will need to use a gate card to enter the community and the pool. This pass will only work during your stay. Losing or failing to leave the pass in the home will result in a fee of $50 per card, to replace them. Please be aware of this and make sure to take care not to lose the card.

Windmill Village by the Sea is a gated home community. We are an Association that has Rules in place to ensure safety and to enhance the value of our property. A copy of the Rules will be provided so please take some time to look at the areas of the Rules that might pertain to your visit. Thank you.

The office is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 130pm and 330pm. If you need assistance with gate cards, parking passes or have questions, our manager may have answers for you. Please be aware she is not a concierge and works for the Association so she is limited on what she may do to assist renters or guests. Thank you

CAUTION ...please do not throw Baby Wipes into the toilets. Our sewer system can't handle them as they DO NOT dissolve like toilet paper will. Thank you
