Gulley Park is a big beautiful park for walking or a picnic or to let the kids play.
To access the “unofficial” entrance (less than 1 minute walk from the house), turn left at the end of the driveway and walk to the end of the cul-de-sac.
To access the nearest “official” entrance (a 4-5 minute walk from the house), turn right at the end of the driveway and walk to the stop sign, turn right and walk across the bridge. The pathway to Gulley Park is just past the bridge, on the right (it looks like a wide bike path).
There is a play area for young children on the far-side of the park. That area also has picnic tables and restrooms.

The Razorback Greenway is a 40 mile paved pathway that connects 7 communities in Northwest Arkansas - from Fayetteville on the south end to Bella Vista (north of Bentonville) on the north end. It is a safe place to bicycle without worrying about traffic and cars. Walking is allowed on the path too.
There is a feeder/arm of the Razorback Greenway 1/10th of a mile from the house (Niokaska Crk Trl & Mud Creek Trail).
Rent a bike from Phat Tire and then ride the bike home, which will take about 10 minutes.
