Merridale makes farm crafted cider, spirits and fortified ciders. A little known fact is the the orchard is home to fairies, gnomes, elves and hobgoblins. Take a stroll through the orchard, we are told they like to hang out near the bases of the apple trees. While you may not see a creature (they are quick!), you will most certainly find evidence of their existence throughout the orchard!
