Famous old restaurant where celebrity actors and writers have eaten and drunk at the bar for almost a century. Known for their martinis and steaks, fish and seafood. It can get quite noisy during meal times, but is great in between.

Started in 1939, it is now a stand on the corner of La Brea and Melrose. There is always a line of people waiting to get some of their many types of hot dogs, which can be quite intense, but delicious. They have a few seats in the back.
