A bit expensive, but truly a top-notch meal. There are three prix-fixe menus to choose from -- three, five or seven courses, all with option of wine pairings. The menu changes weekly and is based on locally grown and foraged ingredients. The chef's artistry comes through with unexpected combinations and preparations, but without trying to be different for difference sake.
