Rolandos is my favorite eatery. Rolandos came from Corfu and opened his restaurant almost 20 years ago. Value for money on the right hand side of Ioulis main square.

aka Coca Cola Resort. I am not fond of organized beaches, yet having small kids you look for shallow waters and amenities. If the bar music is not loud, you will pull it through. When windy, good spot

Walking trail to the fresh water spring "Flea". Don't forget to make stop at Mr. Michail's house/museum. He has single-handedly restored a medieval water mill, dating back to the Frankish occupation.
