Really great clean modern cafe with amazing coffee and treats. Last I checked they open at 7am and they are close to the 18th st pink line so you can stop for coffee before you hit the city! I love the loose leaf tea! They also have free wifi

Quick breakfast spot, small family owned. You just sit at the counter. I think they may only take cash. Basic stuff like eggs and toast, etc. Decent though. It's called the park view dinner. They have good reviews on yelp!

A little further away but still walkable. The food is incredible and the beer is brewed on site. Very trendy place with a patio in the summer! I totally recommend it!

They are open 24 hours and an easy walk. If you don't want to go alone let me know. I love walking there. I go almost every day for exercise (all hours, even late at night!)
