This large, comfortable pub is extrmely popular with locals and our guests. There is a flower-filled garden for the summer months overlooking the valley across to Farnborough and in winter it is really cosy with a fire-pit and other fires.

The village hall is open in summer for visitors to Farnborough Hall. The ladies of the village make fantastic cakes and everyone sits at shared tables making for a sociable and very English afternoon tea. The hall is just around the corner from our cottage.
