They have the best Armenian / Lebanese food. This place is great for a dinner out. They have a beautiful patio and really cute decor. Would recommend making a reservation though, as it can get quite busy.

My favorite cafe in the area. Solid coffee and pastries / food items, but I really love it for the ambience. It's a great place to hang out with a book or to meet up with friends. There's also a gift shop attached with lovely home decor items - one of my favorite boutique places to shop.

They do brunch really well. Everything I've had at EAT has been tasty. Gets crowded though, so expect a wait on weekends!
