City advice

Getting around

Uber or rental car

if you’re United States, resident, and you’re used to Uber pricing; get excited for Puerto Rico over pricing because it’s much cheaper. However, if you’re going further than 15 minutes, I highly recommend renting a car.
Don't miss

Vieques & Culebra

Vieques and Culebra are twi neighboring islands that are also part of Puerto Rico. Think of them as “islandettes” you can take a ferry to access these islands, in terms of nightlife and food scene, they’re a little slow, but the beaches they both are unmatched. Easily, the prettiest beaches in all of Puerto Rico. take the ferry from Fajardo to access them.
Book before you go

Make sure you reserve activities

Some activities like Ron del barrilito tours, casa Bacardi and hacienda carabali fill up fast. Don’t be a bozo, book in advance on their websites.
