Getting around
The underground is the best way to explore
Munich has a great network, when it comes to public transportation: U-Bahn (Subway), S-Bahn (trains), Tram and Busses. Since the beginning of the year, there is a simplified ring structure, so Zone M will cover approx 2/3 of the city. Plenty of museums are just few stops away. The Pinakothek, Munich Residence, Museum Brandhorst is just few stops away. Keep in mind, that during the COVID-19 pandemic, you are required to wear a mask in all public transport.
