Essentials

This farmer's market is only a 5 minute walk from our home, and is open Friday - Sunday. It offers fantastic local foods ranging from breads, cheeses, fruits and veggies, pre-made dinners, and local delicacies (like honey and maple syrup). Our favourites include the Montreal-style "Everything" bagels, freshly made creme brulées, and mango salsa. You can get absolutely everything here for delicious meals and help to support the local economy. If you're looking for something to eat, "Eats of Asia" has amazing ramen - we go just for that almost every week.

We love this liquor store because of it's beer selection. You can buy growlers of craft beer, or peruse numerous brews in their walk-in cooler. Our favourite deal is the "Pick 6", where customers can choose from a variety of beers to create their own 6-Pack. Customer service is always great - the staff here are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products.
