Sightseeing

The Twelve Apostles are just a 15 minute drive away, however this spectacular scenery is a 5 minute walk from my Airbnb!
Watch the sunset, or experience the amazing sunrise over this ethereal limestone cliff. Stay to watch the Penguins come back to their homes and families every night.

Unfortunately there has been some movements in the cliffs here and the Arch has been blocked off whilst we try to figure out what to do.

Another way to view the Twelve Apostles is to do so from Gibson Steps which is just a short drive or walk away. It is an iconic magical surfing spot. Take care with the unpredictable waves.

One of my favorite locations. Watch the sun set from here and bring your binoculars to see if you can spot one of our Lapwing plovers on the beach. Stay to watch the colony of Little Penguins racing home to relax amongst their beach front nests.

A beautiful spot with a tragic history. Go down to the beach and imagine the only 2 survivors of the Loch Ard shipwrecking disaster in 1878. Look up in awe at the cliffs where Tom climbed up and miraculously got help from one of the local stockmen (a relative of mine!)
