This place is beautiful! It was a wonderful place to relax, with only about a 5 minute walk to a rocky beach. The village of York wasn't too far away, and Portland and Kittery were nice hubs to go to if you got bored! The house was tiny but cozy. Perfect if you want to do some chilling out and taking nice afternoon naps. The hot tub was a nice touch too!

Lydia's cabin is quaint and of surprising quality. The area is stunning and this is, overall, a must-stay. Check out the hot tub - it's beautiful and comfortable!

Lydia’s guest house was perfect for a weekend getaway! She greeted us when we arrived and was very accommodating. The bed was comfy and it was a very clean and cozy place. The location was great as well - close to the beach, Nubble Lighthouse and other great spots in York. Portsmouth was also close by - only about 20 minutes away. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Lydia’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Lydia’s place is incredibly cute and cozy. It was just my fiancé and I in the middle of the winter and we enjoyed it so much. The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to a small beach or just spectacular views of Nubble light house. York beach and nubble lighthouse are both just 8 mins south by car and Ogunquit is about 12 mins north. They have a jacuzzi that was so perfect even in the cold sleeting rain. We look forward to going back up in prime season.

This cabin was the perfect place for our getaway weekend. It was private, quiet and the hot tub was great. Lydia met us on check in and explained everything. Other than that we had all the privacy we needed. The location was close to everything when we wanted to explore and quiet enough that we heard the water while going to bed. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Lydia's cabin was very cozy and quaint with one large room that encompassed a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave and sink area), two loft spaces, above the main room and, of course, a bathroom. It was equipped with the basic dishes you'd need, plus coffee and all the fixins' that go with it. The cabin is directly behind the main house, with the firepit spot directly between the two buildings. Just down the road (in walking distance) you can stand at the water's edge and peer out at the ocean - so idyllic! The hot tub is located on the deck of the main house, but Lydia ensured privacy during our use of it with darkened lights and curtains on the windows of the house. We did not run into Lydia during our stay, other than when she bid us farewell as we were leaving, so we had plenty of privacy, BUT was very quick to reply to my messages so was there whenever we needed her. I would very much recommend our stay experience to others, as we truly appreciated both the hospitality and the cozy space in a picturesque location. Our stay at Lydia's cottage was everything we wanted! She gave wonderful tips of places to eat and things to do, as well as showed us around her property and how to use the hot tub. We will definitely be staying again!

Donna’s cottage is well proportioned with a great social living space, perfectly good bathroom and lovely bathrooms. The outdoor space is great and secluded. I’m from the area and this cottage was the perfect balance between being private and within great reach of everything. Within a couple of of hours it felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

Perfect location for visiting the beach towns of southern Maine with a nice cove walking distance from the cottage. Although the cottage is small, it has everything you need for a relaxing trip. The host provides a wonderful list of things to do in the area.

Great and quaint Maine cottage nestled on a wooded lot only a few hundred feet from the road and within walking distance of nice beach areas. 2 large comfy beds. Fast wifi, great deck too. Easy to park and within 10 minutes via car of local shops and sightseeing places. Perfect place to discover the southern coast of Maine. You can also visit Portsmouth NH or shop in Kittery too. Donna is a really nice hostess and will help you find the places you want to go to… she also takes the time to provide you with written notes about her favorites. Donna is also quick to respond if you need anything and nice to chat with. We had a nice vacation and finally had a chance to explore the area. Thank you!

I loved staying with Jenifer. The location was perfect for me as I was working at York Hospital. It was just a quick walk away. The pizza place next door is affordable and very good and bagel basket has great coffee and food. All around, I was really happy with my stay. My room was comfy and had everything I needed included with apple tv. Parking was easy and the grocery store is a few minute drive away. Top that all off with a friendly cat that kept me company and great hospitality. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great host and very outstanding. Place as described and Mo the cat is so friendly. I loved her. Jennifer left snacks, water, toothbrush, lotion, in my room. The instructions were pretty clear about parking which I loved. Highly recommend Jennifer's home.

Jenifer is an amazing host. When I arrived, Jenifer had left snacks, water bottles, and toiletries such as toothbrush/toothpaste and sunscreen in the room. The room was air-conditioned, which was nice in the summer heat. She also provided a list of places to visit, restaurants in the areas, and entertainment options. The apartment is clean and spacious. She also has an adorable cat named Mo who will snuggle with you. The place is in the middle of York Village right next to a cute boutique and GREAT bagel place next door. York Harbor Beach and the Cliff Walk were about a mile away. The beach was relatively quiet even in the middle of summer season. I particularly appreciated the fantastic value of the place! I wanted a stay in southern Maine that was affordable and reasonably priced, and Jenifer's place provided on that! Ogunquit is about 15-30 minutes away depending on traffic and is worth visiting. I would definitely stay at Jenifer's place again!

Great place. Very cute. Steep steps up to the sleeping area, but no problem. TV, WiFi, kitchen all good. Outside bathroom, but that just makes it more of an adventure. We bought a microwaveable meal from Hannaford’s supermarket and used the facilities in the cabin.

Located right in the woods this Tiny House is a great place to stay. Feels like upscale camping. I could just live there. James will make you feel right at home.

The cabin was very clean and in a great location! Not too far at all from restaurants and other attractions. James gave us our space, but was easily in touch through the app.

This tiny house was a perfect place for us to stay for a wedding in York. The place was clean, warm, and nestled into the forest beautifully, the hosts gave us privacy however were available for contact via the app at all times. 12/10 would stay again

This was an incredible place to stay. It was cozy and warm, even on a cold October night. There is running water inside the cabin, but no bathroom indoors. There is a port-a-poty very close by, which was clean and well maintained. It did not take away from the experience at all. The sight lists that the only amenity not available is a carbon monoxide detector, but there is indeed one installed in the tiny house.

James’s place was perfect for our quick stopover on our way to Acadia. Quaint little place, port-a-potty was very clean, check in and communication was great!

This place is simply one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location simple cannot be beat. I work remotely and was able to set up my office on the second floor and the views are incredible. The host is responsive and was so very accommodating to all of our requests. I look forward to staying here again!

A wonderful place to stay in. It had everything we needed.

This is just a spectacular place! We were there for a winter visit (the ocean is the ocean, regardless of season) but this would be especially fun in the summer. A few blocks from the beach, the house itself is a perfect balance of simple old school sea-cottage charm and modern functionality. Jeff was prompt and courteous with all communication. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay it this very roomy house. It is in a great location near Short Sands and Nubble Lighthouse.

This is an amazing place with great beach views and only 1 block from the beach. The house has loads of charm and tons of beds. I was surprised to see so many antiques everywhere and I love how they only upgraded the kitchens, baths and heating but left the rest with it's historic charm like the artisan ceilings, and original hardwood floors.

Christine’s place was fantastic. It’s a cozy little studio with plenty to do (both inside and out). We enjoyed playing the various board games she has, pool/ping pong, and going for a walk on the beach no more than 5 minutes away. Having never been to York before, it was wonderful to see so many recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Made deciding what to each day a breeze. Next time I’m in Maine, I’ll definitely be booking a place here. Can’t forget to mention the outdoor lights. You don’t notice them until they come on automatically and it’s such a joy walking around the corner to turn each one on. A must-have for any future home.

Very clean space! Excellent location.. even for the winter. The pool table and ping pong table are a plus! There are also tons of board games and movies. The tv has Netflix and other apps so you can watch whatever you want! Christine was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our winter getaway :-)

Beautiful, spacious loft with tons of games, movies and thoughtful touches. The bed is very comfortable and there are lots of windows for light. Excellent communication as well.

The space is fully equipped with everything you need from fun activities to small thoughtful touches. Every question we could’ve had was thoroughly explained in a binder with directions to everything. They also went above and beyond and even helped us carry our bags in!

We thoroughly enjoyed a weekend in this wonderful accommodation. Nestled in the trees away from traffic but close enough for a trip to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches and while giving us total privacy the owners were available should we have needed anything.

This place is truly wonderful in every regard. I want to begin with the level of considerate and thoughtful hospitality offered by Michele and Chris. We arrived during a real weather change, from lovely to wet and blustery. Michele met us outside with umbrellas and rain ponchos, and helped us haul our luggage up to the apartment. She could not have done more to help us. The apartment itself is really lovely and modern. The kitchen is well stocked and it is easy to find everything. There were some treats available for snacking, and there were eggs, milk, and half and half in the frig. The bed is fantastic. The bathroom is great, with a huge shower, lots of towels and shower products. The whole offering was very generous. The apartment is attached to the house, but we had complete privacy, and never heard a sound from the house. At the same time, when we needed help with the TV, Michele and Chris were there in two seconds. The home is located at the end of a beautiful road, and is met by lovely woods as the edge of their property. You can hear the sounds of the coast. It is tranquil and peaceful, and great to use as a home base for day trips. You can’t go wrong with this place. The apartment and its hosts are the very definition of helpful and thoughtful hospitality, in a lovely and idyllic setting. We were very sorry to leave!

Michele has such a cute place in Cape Neddick. It was clean and accomidated all our needs. She was even gracious enough to let us check in early so we could get ready for a wedding we had to attend the same day! We loved our Little Maine adventure here

This rental was way past our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, spacious and also secluded yet close to the beach. The hospitality was great. We hope to get another opportunity to visit this area again and will most definitely try to stay here again!

Restful place within walking distance of the beach (500 meters) and within walking distance of "action" of short sand beach (just over 2 Km). We also had access to the rock beach which is really close. It was the perfect place to read in the sun or be hypnotized by the waves! The "loft" is well equipped and private. The hosts (Jon and Roz) are very friendly. We followed their recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions and enjoyed. It's clean, comfortable and welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay at Jon and Roz studio. The studio was clean, had nice big windows and big king bed. Jon was available all the time for any questions. The bathroom is downstairs it's clean and new.

This Air B&B is situated in a convenient (yet private) setting with great access to beach facilities via walking or automobile. It was clean, spacious, and and exuded a peaceful environment via color scheme and furnishings. The hosts were attentive to any requests or inquiries that were made and they were most generous with making beach combing supplies available (beach wagon, sand tent/umbrella, beach chairs, paddle boards). Overall - a great place to relax, refresh, and renew one’s spirit!

This was an incredible place. Location was private and beautiful. Impeccably clean and spacious and private. You will be a short walk to a private scenic costal beach and a short ride to all local beaches and attractions. Our hosts Jon and Roz were helpful and perfect hosts. I highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved the studio! It had everything we needed, was spotless, quiet and peaceful, and in a great location nestled about .5 miles between two little beaches and 10 mins to ogunquit. The hosts were lovely and everything was perfect. We’ll be back for sure!

This was my first AirBnB experience and my first solo vacation. As I single, mature woman, not use to traveling alone, staying at this wonderful place gave me peace of mind and comfort. The room was exceptionally large with plenty of spaces to relax and decompress from work. The room was immaculately clean and set up for convenience with a full dining table, king bed, sofa, 2 chairs and a television. I still probably could have danced in the room with all the extra space. The weather was a bit unusually going from cool to hot. There were windows on 3 side that I could open and get a cross breeze. The home sits among the tress. There were also two overhead fans and an air conditioning unit. When I needed to take the chill off the air it was a simple control and there were extra blankets as needed. The bathroom, mini kitchen and laundry room were down a few steps but all within the private space they set up for guests. There is peaceful outdoor space with chairs and a table, a dedicated parking area and honestly nothing to want for. I also had the chance to meet the owners and their pup Augie and that just made the trip even more special. Jon and Roz are kind and simply nice people and this place reflects their pride in ownership. I’ll be back and have already recommended it to my local friends who are looking for a close escape.

Staying in this tiny house was much more comfortable than I could have ever imagined. The house itself is very cute and equipped with everything you could ever need. Gar and co were super welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Gar and Tom are both lovely hosts who cared about us having a pleasant and comfortable time in their tiny house. They made us coffee and gave us some banana bread in the morning (delicious!), and had some great recommendations for food/drink in the area. The best part about the whole property, though, were their three adorable dogs- so sweet and friendly!! The one thing I’d say, though, is that the door to the tiny house doesn’t lock, so if that scares you that would be my only warning. Wasn’t a problem for us- the area is very safe and Tom and Gar are the nicest guys.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

I stayed in Alice's condo for 10 weeks while I was working locally. It was the perfect space for short-term living for one person and an occasional guest. The kitchen supplies were wonderful, the heating worked well, and I never had issues with any of the appliances. I actually loved the hideaway bed because it allows a lot of flexibility within the space. Although all perishable foods need to go in the mini fridge, I still had plenty of space for meal prep and food storage. If you need a place to stay and you're looking for a clean space, quaint area and a professional host, look no further!

Greg’s place was the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway! He provided helpful directions, local suggestions and his place was exactly what we wanted in a quaint New England cottage! The location was perfect! Safe, and close enough to local eateries and shops, but a bit off the road so that it was peaceful at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

Blueberry Cottage was so perfect for our stay. Prior to arriving a was concerned that the small space might become a problem since we were staying for 4 days but it was arranged so well and every detail of the layout thought through that it was perfect. The decor of the cottage was cute, cozy & purposeful. Greg responded quickly and communicated anything we needed to know about our stay. We loved having a glass of wine on the front porch in the evening. The location was great!

We spent a few days in the cottage for a wedding and I cannot day enough good things about it! It was decorated perfectly and was such a cozy space! We will DEFINITELY be back for our next trip to Maine!

The cottage was super cute and clean! Outside area was adorable with beautiful plants and flowers and very close to all the restaurants and stores. We had a lovely time.

This is the cutest cottage ever, very stylish! And Greg is an excellent host, super responsive. The front porch is delightful and we were practically the only people at the pool during our stay. It's also a huge plus that it's walking distance to Ongunguit (20-25 minutes) and the Ongunquit Playhouse (10 minutes)...traffic can be terrible driving into town. I think this house is best for a couple, because there is no common area except the kitchen (there is a little setup for two people to sit in the bigger bedroom) and you have to walk into the second bedroom to get to the bathroom. But a totally adorable place!

Perfectly appointed “home away from home”. Lovely, serene location, not far from anything including downtown York, Ogunquit and Portsmouth, NH. The full lower apartment is lovingly updated with high-end finishes. Very relaxing! Sherri & Gene added thoughtful details; fresh muffins, local candies, even a hand painted memento. Five stars!

This property is amazing! Modern, comfortable and peaceful - close to York beach and Ogunquit but without the beach chaos. I especially loved the outdoor living space. The fire pit area was perfect for winding down after a beach day and the patio overlooking the lake was amazing for my morning coffee. I simply cannot day enough about Gene and Sherri. They are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything to make this a pleasurable experience for their guests. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great stay only a mile from York. The hospitality was way more than we expected. We were greeted with local muffins and Gene gave us a quick run down on some local spots. My Girlfriend and I can not wait to return. I highly recommend this place.

This place is cozy and pretty, the bedrooms are good-sized, the location is fantastic! So close to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. Robin and Peter are friendly and respond quickly to messages, and have clearly put a lot of thought into making the space as welcoming as possible! Ongunquit is a very popular and busy holiday destination in Maine. Charlene’s place is very private on woodsy grounds but close enough to the beach and resto’s. She is a great and caring host who provides a fun experience for guests.

Shelby's place was lovely. Very stylish and comfortable. The murphy bed was awesome and so comfortable. Loved it! The location is a short 6-7 minute walk to the drawbridge....quiet and away from the crowds yet easy to get to Perkins Cove and environs. Quiet building and the unit has a lot of privacy. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Shelby’s condo is a delightful respite from the hustle and bustle of Ogunquit village. Less than a 10 minute walk from Perkins Cove, you have full access to the amenities there without the hassles of finding a parking space!! This was very important to us! You also have access to the trolley serving downtown Ogunquit from Perkins Cove. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, and an extremely restful space to stay in. The pull down Murphy bed was very comfortable, and allowed room for a very pleasant living room space. As it is an end unit, the natural light is very lovely, and the woods view pleasant indeed. Upon checking in we found that there were a few additional items we needed for our stay, and they were promptly provided. A wonderful home! We were in town for a family gathering. This was a wonderful, warm, and inviting home to come back to after being with our family all day. Owner was highly accommodating when we unexpectedly had additional guests and very responsive with questions.

The house is in such a peaceful and beautiful setting! It was really clean! And, Lynzi is incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to questions.

Lynzi's place is clean with decorations I like. Nice environment, close to the beach, with chances see antelopes (or deers) running around. It was quite a fun experience.

Great location, homey feeling, So spacious! Easy to contact Lynzi who met us and showed us around. Beds were comfortable and house was clean and neat. All the pots and pans, dishes, etc. one would need. Really great place to stay!

This is a home with a story to tell. Lots of decorated spaces with a cozy feel. It was definitely worth the price and the host is very sweet and accommodating.

My partner and I are both musicians. We came down from Portland, ME to play a show in Portsmouth NH. Even thought it's only an hour away...The show was going to run late so we decided to find a place to stay for the night. We found this lovely little motel here on Air BnB. It was perfect for what we were looking for! A simple one night stay. Clean, comfy and cozy, and some simple amenities. I would recommend to those looking to stay more than one night as well. Loved that breakfast was included! Staff was friendly as well. Next time I perform down this way again I will certainly book a stay here! -- Hannah

Kittery Inn and Suites is absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. Outstanding value, charming room and location, and the staff is excellent with communication and was very accommodating of our late arrival time. The room is clean and elegant, and everything in Kittery/Portsmouth is just a short drive away. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was — from the clean rooms to the friendly reception — given how inexpensive our stay was! It’s less than a 5 minute drive from Portsmouth, and half the price of most of the options there.

Mark’s place was awesome for a midweek getaway! The home was clean and perfect for my girlfriend, our two dogs and myself! We were able to have a nice conversation with Mark one of the days while our dogs played around in the yard together! I would recommend his home to anyone!

We loved our stay in Ogonquit! We absolutely loved 66 Beach Street- our condo was in the perfect location, with an amazing view overlooking the river meeting the ocean, and a quick walk to the beach and to town. The river and beach were a true gem, and the kids loved riding inner tubes back and forth along with the change in tides. The condo still smelled brand new and was decorated super nice. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Blair was so accommodating and made us feel at home, providing top notch hospitality. We hope to return next year!

You could not ask for a better spot if you're visiting Ogunquit. Great accommodations with excellent ocean view, and only a few minutes walk from the beach or town.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The condo was very clean and the location could not be more perfect, just a few minutes walk to both the beach and downtown. Definitely would stay again!

Purvin’s place was an excellent place that allow close access to all the beaches, stores, and restaurant. A great place to stay for a quick getaway.

A tad out of date but immaculate. Small space but great for the price and location.

The motel was clean, nicely landscaped, and safe. I was traveling along with my daughter and felt very comfortable. Kitchenette was clean and well appointed. Bathroom looked new and in excellent shape. Beds were comfy. TV was also new. It was a tidy, sweet little motel, and we would return if we were back in Wells. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast place (Saltwater cafe) next door opens early- a plus!

We loved our visit to Wells! The space was exactly as described, clean, and had amazing amenities. In addition to the beautiful pool, there was a fire pit, swing set, basketball hoop, and grills and lobster pots that guests could use. We had neighbors on either side but didn’t hear them, so the rooms seemed to be relatively soundproof as well. The inn was a great place for our family.

So close to Moody/Ogunquit beaches. Many restaurants and amenities close. The heated pool was relaxing after a long day of walking and the water temp and pressure in the room shower was excellent. Would rebook again!

The Abalonia Inn was a great place to spend a few nights in Ogunquit! Private room in the Inn with a private bathroom. Quick WiFi and welcoming staff. I definitely would stay again and recommend it to those passing through!

I loved this little inn! It was very clean, had a comfy bed, great amenities, and AMAZING location. There were so many little touches that made the inn even better, like games and books to borrow, maps of the area, history of the property, and a bound guide to local restaurants to help with choices. Highly recommend.

Ken is a wonderful and very friendly host. His inn is very clean and comfortable with many fun activities to do. The location is prime! Just a quick walk to the beach, shopping, dining, theater, everything you could want! We will definitely return. 😃
