Conveniently located on Route 1 in Cape Neddick, we’re just minutes from York Beaches, Ogunquit, restaurants, coffee shops, and Hannaford. We live on the property with our two young children, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can enjoy a private and comfortable stay. We’re always happy to help if you need anything!

We offer a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil location on very prestigious Shore Road a mile from the Cliff House. Incredible shopping in quaint shops in several beautiful coastal towns and the Kittery Outlets are close by. Walk to a private beach, very beautiful and secluded, with the most beautiful rocks imaginable including many heart shaped ones.

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.
