Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

Welcome to our little casita! With a private side entrance, the space has an open living and sleeping area with a queen bed. The kitchen has granite counters, a microwave and a two-burner stove. It's not huge, but it's clean and the location is great -- walking distance to the Claremont Village and the 5 Claremont Colleges. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our casita. We have a completely separate guest suite with a private entrance, patio and en-suite bathroom on our property. Our neighborhood is safe and family-oriented! Welcome to 1919 Spanish Casita (our guesthouse). It was finished in 2020 (built from the ground up) and has a main room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a small dishwasher, electric range with an induction cooktop (with an air fryer feature), microwave and refrigerator.
