The total area of the 230 pyeong building is 54 pyeong and the spacious yard over 100 pyeong has privacy, and Jisan golf and Jisan ski slopes are 3 minutes away by car. There is also a bus that takes 40 minutes from Seoul Nambu Bus Terminal, the entrance to the village is connected to a large road, making it easy to access. Convenience stores are within a 4-5 minute walk and restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance. The surroundings are a safe and quiet cottage complex, great for families to share. Parking is available for up to 2 cars, and barbecues are available in the yard. Relax with your family in a relaxing and airy space!

Mini Hanok located 5 minutes from Anguk Station Line 3 is the starting point of Bukchon Hanok Village. The mini hanok is located in a very quiet place, but if you walk for more than a minute you will find many cafes and interesting shops. It takes 5 minutes on foot to Changdeok Palace and 10 minutes on foot to Gyeongbok Palace. Nearby are Jongmyo and Unhyeongung Palace. You can also go to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun at once if you take the 151 and 162 blue buses.
