A bike ride away from Port Fairy, nestled in the tiny hamlet of Rosebrook, is our converted stable. Across the road is Port Fairy golf, surf beaches, bike and walking tracks, bird watching and all the dining, shopping and festival offerings of Port Fairy. You’ll love our place because it's cute as a button, providing all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the comfy duck feather doona beds or sunset over the cow paddock. There's also a kennel and safe, enclosed yard for your dog.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

An 1850's 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the historic fishing village of Port Fairy. Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the Port Fairy village precinct close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

Guests can wander the grassy laneways around our agistment paddocks or watch the incredible sunsets from your veranda. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

Perched above stunning Cape Bridgewater beach lies a spacious two bedroom getaway. Floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views across the cape. Stroll 600 metres to the beach. Spacious outdoor living area equipped with bbq, lounge and table. This is a pet friendly rental with an enclosed yard. Cape Bridgewater is a coastal hamlet with one yummy cafe and direct access to the Great South West Walk. It doesn't get any better.

Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
