David is a wonderful host, house is well equipped, very central location and the view is amazing Its been 2 years we're staying here, we're even not looking for an alternative for our vacation

The house has really great views, we enjoyed staying there. It has full amenities including air-conditioning and is well furnished. The house is a part of a complex containing 3 different pools, incl one for kids. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk, downhill. Public transport is easy- a bus passes through every hour, past 7 minutes every hour to Yalikavak, nearest town- and coming back every hour on the hour. We enjoyed staying at David, he is very communicative and we welcome him to the airbnb community!

We stayed 2 couple in this house . And enjoyed too much . The view from room and the entrance is amazing . When we arrived house is fully equipped and cleaned . Towels and linens were very soft and clean. The pools always empty and the free local beach very near to house. You can relax like this house is yours. Don't think and search anymore , if you plan a holiday in Bodrum ;)

Evin konumu ve manzarasi cok guzel. Ayrica o manzaraya karsi aksam yemeklerimizi yedigimiz ve barbeku yaptigimiz cok guzel bir verandasi vardi. Yalikavak merkeze arabayla 5 dakika, gumusluk merkeze ise 10 dakika suruyor. Komsularla cok fazla karsilasmadik ama onlar da cana yakin ve guler yuzluydu. Butun odalarda ve salonda klima bulunuyor. Keyfikizi kaciracak bir problemle neredeyse hic karsilasmadik. Her sey cok guzel ve keyifliydi.

It was a comfortable flat with very good view.

Great place in the middle of town,you can walk to palmarina/center within 10 minutes. TV is problem for Turkish people. Thank you for everything

Me and my 3 friends stayed for 3 weeks and clearly say that 4 people can live in here very comfortably.Apartment's location is perfect!!You can walk to Palmarina within 10 minutes.When we decide to spend our time in the pool we had really good times.Because pool was never occupied and water was clean. Well I don't wan't to complain about bad parts but for future guest my review may be useful.I recommend them to bring their own bad sheets,pillowcase etc. and shouldn't trust to kitchen supplies to cook at house.-They're old and dirty-When we spoke with James or Resul they always tried to help us,Resul-James' agency in Bodrum- brought kitchen stuff.- from his house i think-But we felt uncomfortable when we use spoons,glasses etc. But overall we had a fantastic holiday,we were suprised that apartment was in the centre which was great ! It takes 10 minutes to reach everywhere like shopping mall-Palmarina-,Restaurants,Cafes etc.

Great apartment, great sea views and a prime location (all the good restaurants in walking distance). Ali is very helpful and quickly helped in solving all our problems. The only bummer - a very narrow double bed - it is even less than 1.6m (approximately -1.5m). It was strange. In Moscow, the bed has 1.8m long can not be found.

I went there with my wife, her parents and our baby. Ali met us when we arrived there and gave us brief information about the place. He is a really nice person. The view of the living room, bedroom and the balcony is outstanding. The cleanliness of the house was above our expectations. The location is perfect for everything in Yalikavak. The community that the house is located in has its own small pier and a nice swimming pool. The only drawback is that there is no beach so you need to use the pier to get in the sea. It caused us some trouble when we tried to make our newborn to experience the sea. Overall we loved and enjoyed Ali's place and we recommend it to everyone.

We are really grateful to Mr. Ali for our great holiday and his kindness. We arrived Bodrum before check-in hour but our house was already prepared for us, besides there were some snacks and food for our arrival that readied before. As we learned there are lots of different houses for different holiday styles that Mr. Ali can provide. He will be the first person to call for a holiday in Bodrum. He is one of a kind host, thanks for everything.

Amazing view, magical location. Can be romantic or a family getaway. A car would be nice to get about, but equally as handy is hoping on a Dolmus (small public bus) available right outside the resort complex; it can take you to and from Bodrum centre. Ali and his wife met us at the apartment, made sure that we were comfortable. Apartment was just as described.

Ali was a generous host and the apartment we stayed in was even better than it appeared in the pictures. Ali met us downtown, showed us to the apartment and then showed us around town to make sure we were oriented. He even texted us the next day to make sure everything was going fine. I would definitely recommend Ali and any of the places he hosts.

Ali was super helpful host and the place was very convenient to a lot of good eats around the area. Also the Yalıkavak Marina is just walking distance from the house! The house was just as advertised, clean with perfect furniture, and in a great location of Yalıkavak. Ali had been very helpful when we had some problems ,he was very quick in responding! I will definitely refer others!
