The property is located in a suburb of Schorndorf, about 30 km east of Stuttgart. It is about 4 km to Schorndorf, you can cycle very well. You can reach Schorndorf in 8 minutes by regional train. From there, the RE or the S-Bahn will take you to Stuttgart in about 30 minutes. You'll love my place because of the quiet location at the end of a dead end. Meadows and forests are right outside your front door. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Beautiful , modern apartment in Winnenden/Teilort

The apartment is in a rural suburb of Winnenden. The city center is about 1.5 km and a shopping center is about 800 m away. Opposite is a mineral swimming pool. The surrounding area is very nice , there is a bus connection , with which you can then get to the nearby train station and thus also get to Stuttgart quickly. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free WiFi available.
