Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Large and high-quality equipped apartment in a former farmhouse/cowshed. Quiet hamlet with 100 inhabitants with great mountain views. 20 minutes from the Alpspitze. In summer there are great ponds and mountain lakes nearby. Many hiking routes as well as cycling tours right outside the front door. Munich, Lake Constance, Zugspitze, LEGOLAND and Ravensburger Spieleland are easily accessible as day trips. From the petting zoo to Neuschwanstein Castle, there is something for everyone.
