Our small 1-room apartment with approx. 24 sqm is modern and well-equipped, overlooking the garden. The apartment is located in an older house, in a rather quiet residential area and yet central. Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, drugstore, as well as bus / train can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Parking in the street is no problem and free of charge. The highway and the city center of Gießen can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Marburg in 22 minutes.

Cozy apartment city center near the train station

Die Wohnung ist hell lichtdurchflutet und es gibt einen gemütlichen Balkon. Im Nullkommanichts seid ihr an allen wichtigen Orten. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Stadtmitte sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Meistens wohne ich auch in der Wohnung. In dem Fall stelle ich das Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung und der Rest (Küche, Bad, Balkon) kann normal mit genutzt werden.
