The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a quiet location. It is available as a whole. The marina, sports field and swimming spot are very close. The playground for children and a volleyball court can be found at the swimming spot, sports equipment near the Prieperter Marina. With two kayaks you can go on paddling tours. Germany's most beautiful paddle stream, the "Schwanenhavel" is waiting for you. In case of "less" weather, the visit to our church and the home office are highly recommended.

Only 200 m from the Röblinsee is the new holiday home. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.

The holiday apartment is in the front area of our residence and has a separate entrance. It is about 50 m². A seating terrace is available to our guests in the outdoor area and a barbecue can be used. For nature lovers, it is an excellent starting point for hikes, bike rides, canoe and fishing trips. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

In the middle of an small village, only 2 min from the forest and 10 min walk to the lakes. You can relax during long walks, bike tours or during boat tours. Super family friendly or suitable for a group of friends or a couple to relax during some quiet days in the nature, but with all thought of infrastruter close by.
