There are 2 lakes with ample fishing. Trout are stocked numerous times throughout the year in both the VFW lake & Little Buffalo River. There are 29 miles of gravel roads open to horse traffic most of the year. Local attractions include Eagle Creek WMA, David Crockett State Park, Amish Country, and Crazy Horse Canoe rental.

The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment.
