Enjoy the most unique getaway in the area. The Farmhouse opened in August 2018. This silo converted into a home will sleep 4 people. A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. Snuggle up to a gas fireplace with plenty of seating and large TV. Free Wi-fi. Charcoal grill, charcoal is not provided. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Please do not cross over into any pastures.

Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Downing Hollow Farm is a 35-acre retreat tucked into a quiet hollow in the rolling hills between Memphis and Nashville. Beautiful in every season, it’s located in Middle Tennessee, just east of Savannah—30 minutes to Pickwick Landing State Park and the Natchez Trace Parkway, 20 minutes to White Oak Falls, and 45 minutes to Shiloh National Military Park. Quiet nights and open fields, fireflies at dusk, murmuring creeks, and whippoorwills call through the cool, star-filled evening air.

Storybook Farm Tennessee, Guest House

Stay at our quiet, safe, and private horse facility/mini farm. Ponies to draft size horses call it home. Various other farm animals live here. The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment. Beyond the pasture to the east is a wooded area with a trail that borders the Green River. The farm is 9 miles from the Buffalo River. It is 2 miles to town.

My studio cabin is surrounded by hardwood trees, walking trails, and graceful meadows. There are plenty of family-friendly activities nearby including a disc golf course, The Farm Community, antique shopping, Amish markets, and the best BBQ in Tennessee. You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Pets are welcome with advance notice.
