This home is very spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our family gathering for a memorial service. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing all our meals, and the bedrooms were all quite adequate. A barbecue came in handy on the last day. The only thing that wasn't obvious from the photos was that the master bedroom and bath are not separated by a door. There was just a wall with an open space to access the bathroom from the bedroom side. You couldn't see, but could hear, what was happening in the bath area. We didn't have a problem with that since there was another bathroom in the hall just outside this room. The jacuzzi was a bonus. Otherwise it was a beautiful large room with huge floor to ceiling windows/french doors out to a balcony overlooking the lake. Tall trees provided welcome shade on the large deck outside the living room, overlooking the lake where we spent many hours talking and relaxing, also hearing and seeing many birds. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a narrow arm of Keowee Lake. We really enjoyed exploring the lake in the 2 kayaks and 1 canoe, finding 3 small waterfalls down near the end of the arm. If we were to return to that area of SC we would definitely consider renting this home again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our family absolutely loved it. We have never been in the area before and we came here to get away from our everyday stressful lives, to unwind and make some family memories. I honestly don't think I could have picked a better home and area. When we arrived there was a folder that had everything we needed to know laid out for us. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it very easy to cook breakfast and dinner for a large group of adults and teens. The house was beautifully decorated but yet very simple and not cluttered and very spacious. The deck was so relaxing and had plenty of room to kick back and have late night talks as a family and enjoy lots of laughs. Our family loved the boat dock and we spent alot of time out there. It was very roomy and the chairs were really a plus. We also spent alot of time on the kayaks and the canoe. The pictures posted for this home just dosent do justice. 90% of our time was spent at the house. We did travel a few miles down the road to the falls at Stumphouse Tunnel and we enjoyed that alot to. We are already planning a trip back very soon.

Chris's place is fabulous. The layout is very comfortable, spacious, and well thought-out. The house lives much larger than it looks. We had our Thanksgiving dinner there and were able to find everything we needed to make a lovely meal. We were very busy with biking, kayaking, hiking, cooking, and tailgating at Clemson, but would have been very happy hanging at the dock or around the fire pit. Chris was responsive to my questions prior to our trip, but I did not need to contact while we were there, as everything was clearly outlined in the book.

Great place! Entire group loved it. The beds were all super comfy and there was so much space! Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great stay at the Studio. We needed a place to stay while visiting our son at Clemson. Most of the time It is only a 20 minute drive to the University from the Studio except after the football game:) We only slept there because we wanted to spend as much time as possible with our son. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There is plenty of space. Unfortunately we did not get to meet our hosts and enjoy the beautiful surroundings this time around.

My husband and I had such a nice, relaxing weekend in the studio! It was on a beautiful property with trails. Will be back!

This place was the perfect break in our little road trip. Seemingly worlds away from the busy city, it's surrounded by lots of woods to explore both on the property and nearby. As a huge fan of NEEDTOBREATHE, it was great to stay at the Studio. Sonia was very helpful with getting settled and Larry and Regina were wonderful to chat with. Regina even had brownies for us! I highly recommend this place and will try to come back!

We loved to stay in the studio. Everything was so clean and neat. The place was what we expected, very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful nature around. Sonia and her husband were so nice and friendly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay on Bolt Farm. I felt at home the second I arrived. I was staying there alone for the weekend to attend my friend's wedding and Regina and Larry made me feel like I was a visiting family member or close friend. They showed me so much kindness. We had a fantastic stay at the Bolt Farm. The Studio is easily accessible and very comfortable. I was very surprised at how close it was to Clemson. This made it a perfect place to stay for us. Additionally, the host is very communicative which made it easy to find and use.

The house is beautiful. It's easy to find, the dock-terasse was a very nice place to spend time. We rented a boat for the weekend so the dock was a huge advantage. The house was very nice, and fitted all of us.

The property and location exceeded expectations! The lake is beautiful and the water temperature was great (2nd week of October). We were 2 families with 6 kids and 4 adults and it was a perfect fit for our 3 night stay. The kids had a blast sleeping and playing in the lower level where there's a lot of games to play. We kayaked and rented a boat from a nearby marina and swam by the dock. We'll look to come again next year!

This house is a joy. Very well renovated, very well located in a quiet cove. If you come with a boat, there a gas station close to the house, and a fantastic spot to do waterskiing and wakeboarding The house is perfectly made for 12 people (especially if you have 6 children) Debbie and Kevin are fantastic hosts. The house is very clean, they allow you when possible to do early bird chech-in and check out, and are here to help you if any problem Probably one of the best house I ever rent on Keowee

This lake house is wonderful ! We were there for a week for Clemson graduation and the location was perfect . The downstairs was a big hit especially the foosball table . We rented a boat and the marina was only 15 mins away . The host was so easy to communicate with .

This house is absolutely perfect for a Clemson football weekend. 20 minutes from door to door from the house to the stadium. The house has plenty of amenities to keep you busy from swimming, fishing, canoeing, games, etc. The dock box had life jackets and floats to enjoy the warm Lake Keowee water. The downstairs was a great place to relax and enjoy Pac-Man, Shuffleboard, and plenty of board games. The kitchen was will equipped and there is a nice, big porch upstairs to sit and watch the sunset. The hose was also very responsive and everything was perfect when we arrived. We would definitely return to this house next time in town for a Clemson football weekend.

This was my first experience with Airbnb. Tom was so accomadating. Our quick trip to tour Clemson turned into a hurricane evacuation and having to bring the whole family. The house is beautiful! The pictures dont do this warm home justice. First, it is much larger than I expected. Must be around 4000 sq ft. Large beautiful kitchen had lots of cabinet and counter space. The kitchen table and chairs at counter and .was a perfect spot for us in addition to formal dining room. The sheets were like new- clean and fresh with soft blankets and quilts including extras in the closets. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of high end, thick fluffy towels. My sons lived in the great pool room upstairs. Beautiful back deck with table and grill. Peaceful landscaping with beautiful flowers. This home exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this home. I f my son decides to go to Clemson, it is nice to know I have a clean comfy house we can visit ! Thanks again for your hospitality!Hope to see you in the future!

WOW!! What an amazing experience my husband & I had for our first Airbnb trip!! We wanted a place on a lake to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary and Henry & Sue's beautiful home far exceeded our expectations! Our downstairs apartment was private, quiet, immaculate, spacious, and had gorgeous lake views from every window-even the hot tub room which had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Keowee. Our hosts even had an anniversary card and a bowl of fruit waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be going back. THANK YOU Henry & Sue!!

This was a nice gem on a gorgeous lake very close to Clemson University. It is perfect for 2 to 4 people visiting the Clemson. Henry is a superb communicator and he and his wife did everything possible to make sure we had a nice time. They added several little touches ranging from some muffins and coffee for breakfast to a fire pit fire the last night we were there. We also enjoyed their hot tub. The lake is truly beautiful and I was able to go for a swim there but most use it for boating and fishing. One quirk of the house is there are only single beds so couples need to sleep apart but in the same room....kind of like Ricky and Lucy in the 60s.

We felt at home. Henry and Sue were wonderful, very caring hosts. Our minor wishes were immidiately addressed. As an extra bonus we were welcomed to collect blueberries, were given a lake tour on the boat and were allowed to use all swimming devices they had. Thank you Sue and Henry. We will be back!

Henry and Sue have a clean, comfortable home with a world class view. We had a wonderful stay. We wish we could have spent more time at the house than we did. The homemade muffins were a special treat. The private hot tub, pool table, kayaks, and the beautiful lake view really set this place above anywhere else we could have stayed. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.

We felt welcome and were provided with more amenities than our time allowed us to take advantage of because of our schedule, but we will definitely be back. Lake Keowee is beautiful, and the space was perfectly clean. The bed slept great and even the parking access was perfect. Henry and Sue were thoughtful hosts.

Henry and Sue have a wonderful "apartment" on beautiful Lake Keowee. The space was clean, they were extremely helpful with recommendations and their home was very close to Clemson's campus. I definitely recommend it and hope to return next season!

Our stay was, without question, perfect. The location, view, and home were all beautiful. We had plenty of room and the place was very well taken care of, clean and inviting. We were greeted when we arrived and were even welcomed with a nice basket of fruits and homemade muffins. Our daughters were encouraged to swim in the beautiful lake and enjoy the dock area. It was the perfect location for us, as Clemson parents, who wanted to visit for parent's weekend. We felt at home, safe and comfortable during our stay. We will absolutely plan on staying again soon!

We had the most wonderful weekend stay. Everything surpassed our expectations. Henry and his wife were a delight. The view was breathtaking of the lake and the mountains in the background. We played pool, used the hottub, went swimming and kayaking and one of the high points was when Henry made a fire for us in the outside fireplace near the lake. Everything was 1st class and we will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay for a nice getaway weekend. The house was spacious and the location secluded and quiet.

Wes was great. Friendly and responsive. The place is a cozy house on a lake with it's own private dock. The dock is great. It has a picnic table right on it. The houses on the lake are close enough that you can hear chatter from a few houses down, but generally that's not a problem. Thanks again Wes!

This is an excellent spot that is more than its value offered. Great weekend or week getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and close to historic trails and mountain park sites. I'd definitely return as a customer in the near future due to Wes's hospitality and overall comfort of his cabin. Great experience here, already miss Lake Becky!!

Wes's cabin is fantastic. My parents enjoyed the lake and even caught some fish. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable way to spend their anniversary. The cabin was very warm and inviting and the perfect place to get away from the city.

My wife and I enjoyed our week at the fishing cabin. Didn't fish much as we were looking at real estate and driving quite a bit but it was comfortable and what we expected.

The dock was lovely-the fish and turtles and bullfrogs were quite active. The rustic cabin which lacked some creature comforts had its own charm. The house sits on beautiful Lake Becky.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We love this place! It was so peaceful and enjoyable! The cabin had everything you could need and everything was well thought out. There were instructions for everything so it made it easy to settle in. We will definitely visit again! Lake Becky was wonderful and my husband and kids had a great time!!

Charles and Kristen made us feel welcome from the minute they accepted our request. They responded to every email immediately, answered our questions thoroughly, and gave us all the information we could need. We were greeted upon our arrival and shown through our "apartment", which was at a nice cool temperature but had all warm touches, reflecting both their personalities and hobbies. The view from the home is beautiful, the water is gorgeous, and as guests you have all the privacy you need. We spent every minute we could swimming, enjoying coffee on the dock, watching the sunset, and just feeling peaceful. Our hosts generously gave us free access to their kayaks which we put to good use exploring the nearby coves. On our last evening Charles grilled up some dinner for us all while Kristen toured us through their spectacular home and gave us some more background about the area. We spent a truly lovely evening together and hope to see them again in the future. They're a great team!

We were in the area for a Clemson visit, and this apt was about 20 min drive. Close to groceries and restaurants. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The outdoor living element of this rental is the truly special part! Private dock, several decks, many places to sit and watch the sunset over the gorgeous lake and so peaceful. We swam in the lake and paddled the coves in the complimentary use kayaks. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

We absolutely loved this place! The hosts were so friendly, quiet, and accommodating. It's better than described. The place may be "shared" but it's so private. We felt so secluded during our stay. And the view from the back porch was the perfect morning coffee and evening cocktail spot. We highly recommend. Very convenient for a Clemson game!

This is a 5-star location with 5-star owners! Charles & Kris were very welcoming, accommodating to our needs, and made us feel like family. A comfortable 2-bedroom suite with plenty of room and great location on fabulous Lake Keowee.

This was our second stay with Charles & Kristen on Lake Keowee. We feel very comfortable and at home in the roomy private suite. Our hosts were always available to address any questions or concerns we had. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch overlooking the lake drinking coffee, reading, etc. Their home is conveniently located to shopping and it was an easy trip to Greenville. We opted for Charles guided boat tour of Lake Keowee as we are looking at lake properties. We really enjoyed getting out on the water and he in very knowledgeable about the all aspects of the lake.

Charles and his wife were most helpful. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to use the grill to cook dinner

We stayed in Charles & Kristen's suite for three nights and had a wonderful time! They greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home immediately. They are very friendly, easy going and interesting people! They were readily available whenever we had a question. We came and went using the suite's private entrance on the lake side of the house. A highlight for us was having our coffee out on the dock every morning. Inside, the suite was very comfortable and private with lots of space, a full kitchen and all the amenities we needed. The beds and sofa were all very comfortable and there is a good-sized flat screen TV and a nice collection of DVD's. We highly recommend Charles and Kristen's place and will definitely stay there again when we are at Lake Keowee!
