Neighbourhood
“Vine City is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Atlanta. Right now this area is going through A LOT of reconstruction. It is an urban environment but overall you can't beat the location vs the headache of the area change. My suggestion is to take uber/lyft/public transit. There is a lot of foot traffic during the day as many people in the area use public transportation.”
