We offer this accommodation located on the 1st floor without elevator, 900 m from the city center with these different shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, supermarket, etc.). An Intermarché and its petrol station are 4 minutes away by car. The train station is 600 m away to go to Paris for example or to Disney via the bus. Highway A4, Super U, Mac Donald are 6 min away. Disney at 13 minutes via the A4. Cats Park/Terre de Singes 24 min. Parrot World, immersive wildlife park 5 min away.

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
