From a position overlooking the sea, reachable by private access and railway underpass, with a reserved lido spot, you can enjoy a view that sweeps from the Gulf of Venus to the Lighthouse of Punta Penna. The property is located in Casalbordino, on the Trabocchi Coast, between Fossacesia and Vasto, a few km from the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, which can also be reached by footpaths.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.
