Istrian Embrace - Villa Carla Istrian House

Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Surrounded by groceries, stores, caffes, we are just a step away from lively Viale XX Settembre, Canal Grande and historic Narodni dom of Slovenian community. Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Most suitable for couples and other friendly humans:)

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Apartment Solare will offer a unique and relaxing stay with a stunning sea view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area with sofa, TV, Netflix, and Wifi.
