Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

The apartment is in a quiet area 300 m from the beach of Grado Pineta, 600 m from the beach for dogs, Grado center can be reached by bicycle via a bike path that runs along the beach Bus service. 3 km away on the lagoon is the 18-hole Grado Golf Club. Apartment consisting of a living room, separate kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace, private parking space. Suitable for 2 people.

A ground floor studio with independent access is located in a quiet area of the fishing port a few steps from the center and a 5-minute walk to the beach.
