Delightful bungalow six minutes away, on foot, from the beach, in a beautiful location surrounded by greenery where you will find serenity and relaxation, the area is well served by pizzerias restaurants and a comfortable supermarket . Suitable for everyone , it can be easily reached from Cagliari by bus that stops right at the entrance of the residential complex. The house is equipped with air conditioning , two bathrooms , a large veranda and also an outdoor barbecue and wood-burning oven. Happy Holidays to you all !!

lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)
