Beautiful independent quiet studio, located 2 steps from the beautiful lake of Leon and 15 minutes from the wonderful beach of Moliets. Refurbished studio in 2023. Very quiet and pleasant district, you will only hear the field of birds here. Léon is an authentic village with its market every morning, its shops, its activities around the lake (canoe, pedal boat, beach,...), the tree climbing, the bike rides, the Courant d 'Huchet nature reserve.
