L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Bright and cozy two-bedroom apartment, with a small terrace, is a 5-minute walk from the historic center and very close to the train station. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced a tourist tax for those staying in the city as of 02/01/25. The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.

Simple but cozy apartment, not new, immersed in the Friulian countryside, suitable for anyone looking for tranquility. In a few kilometers you can reach the sea, mountains and river by car and why not, by bicycle. Just a ten-minute drive away, you can also reach the Latisana and Codroipo train stations. The apartment is on the ground floor of our residence, this allows us to always be at your disposal. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Vero Rocco apartments are located in Varmo, a small and quiet town in the middle of Friuli, ideal for walks and bike rides. The village is also crossed by the Tagliamento River, which during the summer refreshes adults and entertains the little ones. We are located 11 km from the nearest train station (Codroipo or Latisana), 33 km from Udine, 28 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro, 92 km from Venice and 88 km from Trieste.

Elegant and cozy apartment located in the heart of Latisana, inside a courtyard. You will find the train station and bus station within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Thanks to its location, the apartment is supplied by supermarkets, pharmacies and bars. Within walking distance of the beautiful Tagliamento River, you can enjoy a walk along the river bank.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

EZ Vintage' is located just 100 meters from the center of Cordovado, known as one of the ‘Most beautiful italian village’, rich in history ... like my apartment, furnished with family items or looking for in the ‘flee market, which it will look back on the history of furniture and industrial design from the 1930s to the 70s.
