'Alte Schmiede' in the green floor to linger:)

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and rebuilt as a holiday apartment and lovingly renovated in 2017 and in the spring of 2022. Ideal for vacationing in this natural area "Hollesand". From the in-house terrace with BBQ, seating and loungers you can see green horse meadows. An extensive network of cycle paths awaits you for a cycling tour, e.g. to the "Hollesand", the large nature reserve, only 500m away from the house.

The "chicken coop" is a small guest house in an extensive garden with many old trees and can accommodate togetherness, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shaded spots for the big ones to linger and covered secret corners and play facilities for the little ones covered. A swivel grill with fire bowl invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourself.

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
