Ground floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. In the vicinity: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths.
