The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment with 36sqm, spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom are across the hall, which is always accessible to the students' cellars.

Hello dear guests, the apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is accessible in five minutes walking and the city is also a 5-minute walk. A bus stop is very close to the Apartments. Nevertheless, the environment is quite quiet, and you can retreat well.
