Arrive. Get out. Walk in. Welcome to my place in the center of Gmunden. Park right in front of the front door. Stylish holidays on two floors of 50 m2 each. On the ground floor there is the parking space, entrance and my office. On floor 01 a spacious living/dining room and kitchen including terrace. On floor 02 one bedroom for 2 persons with bathtub and panoramic view, toilet and private room with shower. It's a 5 minutes walk to the center/directly to the lake.

Lakeside apartment

The apartment was completely newly renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The Traunsee and Traunstein can be seen wonderfully on the large balcony. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the public bathing area and the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk Free parking available . The boat dock is also reachable in 3 minutes. Restaurant and fish grill are also very close by. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly.

Quaint cabin on the edge of the forest - Recreation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We deliberately refrain from using Wi-Fi TVs and co. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the hut you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. After that, settle in with soothing creek noise.
