Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own entrance door, deck, travertine stone shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and a small built-in robe. Queen-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and a small BBQ on the deck. Laundry facilities available if you need. Minimum 2-night stay and 12% discount for 7 nights or more. Shops close by & Bus Station is 5 min walk. No laundry amenities. We live adjacent with children & use the same driveway but will respect your privacy. Weekend traffic on road can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km & 24 minutes from Brisbane City.

It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)
