As always Ramon's place is awesome and Ramon is a great host. This is a great place for the business traveler or a couple for an extended stay or weekend. Highly recommend Ramon's place anytime.

Ramon is a very gracious host and made sure we had eggs in the frig for breakfast with tortillas along with kosher hotdogs for the kids, even something for the adults. The house is located in a nice family friendly neighborhood with access to a highway, restaurants, Kroger and other shops within a mile or so. If your looking for a nice place in the Plano Frisco area, THIS IS IT ! Looking forward to our next stay in Texas at our Dallas home.

The neighborhood it is located within (THE COLONY) is extremely quite and has very low traffic. Ramon always responded to messages quickly and made it very clear I could call him if i needed anything! All in all, Ramon and his house were both great! I would highly recommend anyone else to stay here. If I go back to Frisco, I will be staying at this same house. Thank you for a great trip Ramon!

The home is in a very nice subdivision in The Colony with a small park within walking distance. You have quick access to the highway (TX Tolls) Kroger and many fast casual restaurants nearby. The entire home was clean and inviting with adequate space for a family of four. Everyone enjoyed staying at Ramon's and look forward to future stays when visiting North Texas.

There was a layer of dust over most of the home, and the master bathroom had dust, dirt, and hair in the corners of the floors. We were comfortable enough to complete our stay, but the host needs to step up his cleaning efforts in preparation for guests. We wouldn't return due to the cleanliness issues. House is in a nice neighborhood, and is reasonably comfortable for a group of 4 people. There are MASSIVE TVs and audio systems in the living room and master bedroom, but we couldn't get much use because the setup was complicated and there were no operating instructions (we also quickly gave up and didn't ask for instructions, in the host's defense). We wished the backyard had more inviting lighting and organized seating to go along with the grill. The host was responsive and made check in and check out easy. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh.

The neighborhood was nice and safe. I came for one night, for the price was great, you will need to bring your own bedding which I did. Wayne and Jess made me feel comfortable and we talked about our military days. You are able to use the kitchen which I didn't but was welcomed too if I wanted. Thanks!!

Pam was a gracious host, one who went above and beyond to make us welcome - everything from providing us with recommendations for great restaurants, to some snacks and breakfast items, to introducing us to a local radio station that has since become a favorite. From the moment we stepped inside, our visit was an amazing experience. The highlight of this place is the incredible amount of work that has gone into decorating it. It lends itself to a sort of magical atmosphere - everywhere you look, there's something new and interesting, and frankly a bit wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and appointed with a range of pillows, fluffy down comforters, and crisp linens. The bathroom was huge - with a large walk-in shower and a bath large enough for a big guy like myself, or multiple smaller people. We really enjoyed staying here.

They were very warm, hospitable, and they really care about making your stay comfortable and making you feel like home. I grew very close to them very quickly and it was hard to leave their home. I would definitely recommend Maria and her family to anyone and plan to stay at their place whenever I get a chance to be back in the DFW area. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I was very lucky to have chosen their place as my summer home.

Lee was such a great host. Anything that we had need for he was more then willing to fix or get for us. The house was spacious and we had a great time visiting the area. Would definitely recommend staying with him.

The beds were very comfortable. The entire unit was very clean and offered everything needed for myself and my family members. The location of this house is in a very nice area and closely located to stores, restaurants and the expressway. I came in from Chicago, Illinois and the check in and check out was very smooth. The unit was located in The Colony so it allowed my family and I to socialize in one unit as opposed to having to book 3 separate hotel rooms. I would definitely use this home again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Dallas/the colony location. The guest rooms & bath are separate from the main living area so we could come and go without feeling we were a nuisance. We were in town for a college visit to UNT. This place is worth a little drive because it's affordable for a family.

We arrived late on Saturday so we met her on Sunday but she left a welcome note and basket with a whole bunch of treats for us. During our stay Amy and her family made us feel very comfortable and provided us with all the information we requested. They treated our daughter and us with lots of care and attention. Her home and the area around it are absolutely beautiful and safe to be at. This is the perfect place to stay at if you are visiting Texas. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank y'all so much!
