You will be staying in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-story accommodations. You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with views of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard for parking your vehicle. You will be just 200 meters from the city center and can enjoy the village amenities: bakeries, pharmacy, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store, bar, restaurants, beauty and wellness salon.

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Visit of the wineries with degutation 200 meters from the cottage. An electric /hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €10 per day.

In the heart of the village of Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre, a small cocoon awaits you at the end of an alley. We fell in love with this building dating back to the Middle Ages and renovated it to make the place as comfortable as possible. The Jarry house is located at the foot of the church and a few steps from the Berry Canal located a little lower. Sancerre is a short drive away and the Loire is also nearby (less than a kilometer). It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
