Serenity and refinement above the lake

Nice new studio, in a quiet environment. Very close to the lake. Bicycle path nearby. Stream and waterfall on cleanliness. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large lake view terrace. They will also have the possibility to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc...) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal viewpoint to contemplate it at different times of the day or according to the seasons. The city of Annecy and its amenities are minutes away by car.

Beautiful 2 room apartment, 5 minutes from the lake / 10 minutes from Annecy city center by car for up to 3 people (2 + 1 child) in a beautiful villa, independent entrance, large terrace with mountain view and small lake view, free parking, bicycles available for free. There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.

Our cottage " the edge of the woods" is a separate accommodation from the main house, located in the heart of our garden. You will enjoy a remarkable view of the mountains ( Roc de Chère, Semnoz, Massif des Bauges), as well as the lake (Bay of Talloires, Annecy). Recently built in wood frame, it offers all modern comforts. Designed as a tiny house, it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
