Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Lovely binding millhouse, separated for a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city centre and just steps from the rocky trail and overlooks Vigehavn. The house has three bedrooms, one with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Cozy and spacious apartment on the 1st floor of the old vicarage centrally located in Svaneke city. The apartment is suitable for a family with children. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (with double beds and possibly a crib), a large kitchen living room with dishwasher and sofa bed. There is its own toilet/bath and the possibility to use the small front yard that borders Storegade. The two of the bedrooms are located at either end of the apartment. We live on the ground floor ourselves. The holiday apartment has a separate entrance.

Small cozy apartment on 1 floor in old fisherman's house from 1850 in Svaneke town. The apartment is located in a quiet street with sunny garden, close to the harbor, and the beautiful rocky coast with coastal path to Listed, and only 250 meters to the square. There is a double bedroom, a living room with a lounge with a wood-burning stove and a sofa-bed at one end, and a dining kitchen at the other end. From the entrance hall there is access to a small terrace with evening sun and garden. There's a toilet with a shower.

"Hyldemor" - a nice base for two in Gudhjem.

Cozy annexe to charming smallholding from the 18th century with large, secluded rock garden. Idyllic and peacefully located on the outskirts of Gudhjem, close to bus stops, swimming pool and Brugs, and yet not far from the city center and harbor. Weekly covered terrace. Toilet and shower. Kitchenette with hob. Double bed. 2 rooms. Wifi. Possibility of use of freezer and washing machine. Always like to talk about today's plans. Bike rental close by. Perfect for couples with children - or two small children.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. Beautiful vacation home (80 m2) located close (400 m.) to the wonderful beach, and only a few hundred meters from a cosy fishing village. Wonderful house on a hill with a great sea view!

Great vacation house on top of a hill in quiet, green surroundings. From all rooms in the house you can enjoy the fantastic view of Gudhjem, with its red roofs, the old mill and the sea. Close to EVERYTHING: shopping, restaurants, museums, harbor, bike rental, cinema, indoor swimming pool, cliffs and the sea.
